    Making K-pop fans emotional was the news shared by PLEDIS Entertainment who announced that SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan will begin his military service at the end of September. On the official Weverse website on September 12, PLEDIS Entertainment confirmed Jeonghan's enlistment date, set for September 26, 2024. The label stated, "Jeonghan will be unable to participate in the promotional activities for SEVENTEEN's 12th mini album and world tour, but he will appear in various pre-recorded content."

    The statement also noted, "There will be no official event on his enlistment day. We kindly ask fans to avoid visiting his military site and instead send your support through Weverse." PLEDIS further requested fans' continued love and support, emphasizing, "Please send your best wishes for Jeonghan’s safe and healthy return. We are committed to supporting him throughout this period."

    The 13-member group clinched the Best Group award, triumphing over heavyweights such as NSYNC, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots, and other K-pop stars like NCT DREAM, NewJeans, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.

    The group consisting of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino also on September 8, headlined Lollapalooza Berlin, which attracted a mammoth crowd of around 110,000 people over two days. 

    The group's 90-minute set was kicked off with Vernon addressing the Berlin festival’s crowd: "We know how much you have waited for us. Not only is it our first time in Berlin, it’s our first time to perform at Lollapalooza, and it’s our first time to headline it. It’s all thanks to you guys."
