SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan reveals military service plans; Jun to skip Lollapalooza Berlin for China events

The fandom called CARAT of the K-pop group SEVENTEEN is devastated since they will soon be without two members. The group's lead vocalist is about to undertake his necessary military service, which means he will miss the group's next world tour and album promotions. However, he will not be the only one missing in the latter part of 2024 as Jun will also be unavailable for several scheduled events.

Jeonghan announces military enlistment:

On August 12 (Monday), Pledis Entertainment disclosed Jeonghan's enlistment plans, claiming that "Jeonghan is due to fulfil his military obligation in the second half of 2024." The company said, "Although Jeonghan filmed much of the necessary content in advance, he will be unable to participate in promotional activities for the 12th mini album and the SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR, which starts in October."

Despite skipping the record marketing and globe tour, Jeonghan will attend a fan signing session at Lollapalooza Berlin. Pledis Entertainment also stated that more information on Jeonghan's enrollment will be released soon, and urged fans to support him during his military service.

Jun's schedule conflict:

Pledis Entertainment also in the same announcement stated that Jun will be absent from Lollapalooza Berlin and other promotional events owing to current acting assignments. The label stated, "Jun has completed filming the footage that could be prepared in advance. However, due to a clash with his on-location filming schedule, he will miss Lollapalooza Berlin, music show performances for the 12th mini album, and the SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR."
