This July, the KCON series—hosted a various locations throughout the world—will begin a new chapter with a major event in the US. Numerous South Korean stars renowned for their captivating live performances will grace the stage, including K-pop sensations like NCT 127, ZEROBASEONE, and soloists Taemin, Hyolyn, and Jeon Somi.
The event will span across the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena, featuring MCountdown stages at the latter and Festival grounds at the former, accommodating the KCON Stage, Meet and Greet sessions, and Showcases at the Gilbert Lindsay Plaza. For KCON LA 2024, the hosting duties will be shared among prominent figures: former SF9 member and Korean actor Rowoon will host MCountdown on Friday, July 26, followed by Jeon Somi on Saturday, July 27, and Kim Soo Hyun, known for her role in "Queen of Tears," closing the festival on Sunday, July 28.
Furthermore, fans can meet Park Min Young from "Marry My Husband" on Saturday, July 27, and Kim Soo Hyun will speak with them at exclusive fan meetings with K-actors only on Sunday, July 28 at the KCON LA Convention Center South Hall.
Where to watch KCON LA 2024:
On July 28 at 8 PM PT/ET (5:30 AM IST), audiences across the United States can catch the broadcast on The CW. Meanwhile, global viewers can enjoy MCountdown and its re-streaming on Mnet K-pop/KCON official YouTube channels. Additional exclusive content such as the Red Carpet event, Meet & Greet sessions, and more will be available on-demand (VOD).
Membership in "All Access" is necessary to access these links. While YouTube's premium content is not available with this membership, users in the Philippines can only stream the MCountdown stage and VOD services on BlastTV. Japanese and English subtitles will be available for the event's live webcast.
