Jungkook is ENVY! BTS singer and 'Inside Out 2' character's striking resemblance sparks ARMY excitement
BTS' Jungkook and 'Inside Out 2' character Envy, with their big doe eyes, were enough for the group's fans, called ARMY to flood social media with comparisons.

In the vibrant world of animated films, 'Inside Out' returned to the screen with its second instalment, innovatively exploring emotions personified within the mind of a girl named Riley. The movie depicts her navigating the turbulent seas of adolescence with new characters representing a broader spectrum of emotions such as anxiety, envy, ennui (a feeling of weariness), and embarrassment.
As fans watched the movie, many couldn't help but notice the striking resemblance between the character Envy and global pop star and BTS member, Jeon Jungkook. Both with big doe eyes were enough for the group's fans, called ARMY to flood social media, particularly X (formerly known as Twitter), to discuss how similar the two are. Many even said there could be no one else other than Jungkook to look like the character Envy.
About Jungkook:
BTS's 'golden maknae' has begun his mandatory military service in South Korea. Jungkook commenced basic training in December 2023 at the ROK Army's 5th Infantry Division in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. He and Jimin, who enlisted together, must complete their service obligations by 2025.
Before enlisting, he released his debut solo album 'GOLDEN' which had chart-topping songs like 'SEVEN', 'Standing Next To You' and more.
The group of 7 men consisting of - Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung and Jungkook - have promised a big comeback after they all will be released in 2025. The eldest member Jin has already been discharged from the military on June 12.
