Jungkook is coming! BTS ARMY can't keep calm as 'maknae' to release 'Never Let Go' single ahead of 2024 Festa

Getting ARMY around the world crazy, BTS' agency BigHit Music announced that the 'maknae' (youngest) of the group Jeon Jung-kook is all set to release his brand-new solo song titled "Never Let Go" on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1 PM KST. This song will be part of the group's upcoming 11th debut anniversary celebrations slated for June 13.

The official press release confirmed that the fan anthem, set to hit music platforms, is Jungkook's promise to the fans about never letting go of each other's hands. ARMY soon took to social media, especially X (formerly known as Twitter) to trend "Jungkook is coming" to cheer for the singer. ARMY also stated they would like to return this promise to all the 7 men, who are serving their mandatory military service.

Where is BTS?

Currently serving their mandatory military duty are all seven members: Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jung-kook. The group has promised the ARMY of their anticipated reunion by June 2025.

While Suga is working as a social service worker after having shoulder surgery, Jin and J-Hope are drill instructors in their different military training camps. V has been assigned to the ROK II Corps, while RM is stationed at the 15th Infantry Division. Jimin and Jungkook, meanwhile, have enlisted in the 5th Infantry Division.
