The name MADEIN stands for "WE MADEIN U," symbolizing the group's creation through the love and support of fans, as its members have all appeared on survival shows.
The group includes Mashiro and Yeseo from Kep1er, MiU, Suhye, and Gaeun from LIMELIGHT, and Serina and Nagomi, who competed in "Produce 101 Japan The Girls." Let's meet these talented idols and learn more about them.
Mashiro
Birth Name: Sakamoto Mashiro
Birthday: December 16th, 1999
Originally from Tokyo, Japan, she is a former member of the K-pop girl group Kep1er. In the finals of the show "Girls Planet 999", she secured 8th place with 708,149 points, earning a spot in the final lineup of Kep1er.
However, on May 30, 2024, it was announced that she chose not to renew her contract and would conclude her activities with Kep1er after their scheduled concert in Japan on July 15, 2024.
MiU
Birth Name: Ito Miyu
Birthday: January 9th, 2003
This Japanese artist was previously a member of the group LIMELIGHT and also competed on "Girls Planet 999" but was eliminated in episode 5, finishing in 20th place. On December 24, 2021, she was announced as a trainee under 143 Entertainment.
She has appeared in the music videos for lol's "BOYFRIEND" and GENERATIONS' "BIG CITY RADIO," and is also part of the YouTube channel group Hi-School Lab. She was formerly signed with N.D Promotion (Japan) as well.
Suhye
Birth Name: Kim Su Hye
Birthday: December 13th, 2004
From Namdong-gu, Incheon, South Korea she too was a member of the group LIMELIGHT. She was confirmed as a trainee with 143 Entertainment on April 15, 2022. She competed in "My Teenage Girl," where she was eliminated after placing last in her alliance during the 8th episode. Before this, she was a trainee at SM Entertainment and Pocketdoll.
Yeseo
Birth Name: Kang Ye Seo
Birthday: August 22nd, 2005
Born in Incheon, South Korea, she was previously a member of Kep1er. She ranked 6th on the Mnet survival show "Girls Planet 999," earning her spot in Kep1er. However, on May 30, 2024, it was announced that she would not renew her contract and concluded her activities after their Japanese concert on July 15, 2024.
In addition to her time with Kep1er, she was also a former member of CutieL. She joined Busters on February 1, 2019, but left the group on July 31, 2020, to explore other opportunities. After Busters Beta's disbandment, she joined 143 Entertainment.
Gaeun
Birth Name: Oh Ga Eun
Birthday: November 8th, 2005
This Korean artist was previously a member of the group LIMELIGHT. She successfully passed the final round of the 143 Entertainment auditions in February 2021. Notably, she was the only public trainee from 143 Entertainment who did not participate in "Girls Planet 999." Additionally, she worked as a model alongside MiU for Alexander Wang.
Serina
Birth Name: Saito Serina
Birthday: May 3rd, 2006
Originally from Osaka, Japan, she gained attention as a contestant on the show "Produce 101 Japan The Girls." Known for her passion for music, her favourite songs include "Feel Special" by TWICE and "WithOne" by IZ*ONE. Nagomi

Birthday: July 2nd, 2007
Born in London, England, she spent her early years there before moving to Kanagawa, Japan, at the age of 4. She too gained attention as a contestant on the show "Produce 101 Japan The Girls." Her musical taste is reflected in her favourite song, "Starlight" by NCT's Taeil. She draws inspiration from her role model, the iconic Coco Chanel, while her admiration for VIVIZ's Eunha shows her deep appreciation for vocalists.
