When discussing close friendships within K-pop groups, the names that often come up are BTS stars V and Jungkook. As part of one of the world's biggest bands, Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jung-kook have known each other for over a decade. Affectionately referred to as 'TaeKook,' a name derived from their real names, they are the youngest members of the group and share a tight bond.

From sharing music and going on trips together to giving each other exclusive listens to unreleased songs, their relationship is cherished by fans. So when V recently shared old pictures on Instagram of his trip to Hawaii before he enlisted in the South Korean military, it wasn't surprising to see Jungkook featured. The 'Rainy Days' singer disclosed that when he missed the 'Seven' singer while in Hawaii, all he had to do was let him know, and the maknae would promptly come.

On July 21, Taehyung posted two pictures with Jungkook on Instagram, accompanied by a heartwarming caption. The first picture read: "I can’t forget this day, I told him, 'Jungkook-ah, I'm in Hawaii, come here and I miss you' and this guy took the plane right away and came."

In the second photo with Jungkook, Tae wrote "So pretty I could die," placing the caption right on the hat.

As soon as fans noticed, they couldn't help but appreciate their camaraderie, leading ARMY to trend 'TaeKook' on social media, especially on X (formerly known as Twitter). Many fans even began sharing all the pictures the two had posted over the years, highlighting the strength of their bond.
