Jin carrying the Torch:
After being released from military service, the oldest member, Jin, proudly took part as the Olympic torchbearer in Paris. Fans greeted the K-pop idol with enthusiasm on July 14 at the Louvre Museum in France. Many even brought flags bearing his name, "Kim Seok-jin," as a sign of support.
Huh Mi Mi's love for V:
The 22-year-old Judo competitor declared she is a big fan of Taehyung after winning the silver medal in the women's 57kg category. With a shy smile, she said, "I've always wanted to meet V, but I wonder if I can meet him as a silver medalist instead of a gold medalist." She went on to say that BTS songs are her energy source and make her feel better if she's having a bad day.
BT21 clips:
Duangaksorn Chaidee, a Thai Olympic weightlifter, showed off her love for BTS by wearing some BT21 hair clips. Of the two clips, one was with Jungkook's "COOKY" and the other featuring Jimin's "CHIMMY." Additionally, she also had an old photo of herself next to a large plush "TATA" (belongs to V).
BTS tattoo:
Italian gymnast Elisa Lorio caught everyone's attention for a surprising Korean tattoo on her back. The tattoo, which read "Love yourself" in Korean was quickly linked to BTS. She made it clear that her tattoo was a tribute to BTS. In fact, she has a whole highlight for all BTS updates she loves with the caption being the iconic purple heart.
Yoshizawa Coco wants to meet Taehyung
Japanese skateboarder revealed that she is a fan of Taehyung. In a clip from Nippon TV's show "Cream Stew: The Legendary Paris Olympic Medalists 31 People Gather," the gold medalist was asked whom she would like to meet, and she mentioned V.
Shin Yu Bin and V's interaction:
The table tennis player received a heartfelt message of encouragement from Taehyung. Shin Yu Bin, a dedicated ARMY member and big BTS fan, expressed her gratitude on Instagram, saying, "I'll keep going! Thank you."
