Taylor Swift delivered a series of surprises at the 2024 Grammy Awards this Sunday. Winning the best pop vocal album category for Midnights, surpassing artists like Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, and Ed Sheeran, she claimed her 13th Grammy. During her acceptance speech, she thrilled fans by revealing her upcoming album, The Tortured Poets Department, scheduled for release on April 19.

In her heartfelt speech, Taylor expressed gratitude for the Grammy win and extended heartfelt thanks to her dedicated fans for their unwavering support. In a delightful twist, she shared, that the upcoming album is titled The Tortured Poets Department and its April release.
Released in October 2022, Midnights marked Swift's tenth original studio album and spawned massive hits on the Billboard Hot 100 with Anti-Hero, which hit No. 1, as well as Lavender Haze and Karma, which both reached No. 2 on the chart.

Right after exiting the stage, additional details about the upcoming release were swiftly shared on her social media accounts. This included the unveiling of the cover art, the revelation of the title The Tortured Poets Department, and the accompanying tagline, All’s Fair in Love and Poetry.
