The NSYNC reunion saga persists as Justin Timberlake's new album unfolds. After teasing fans with the deluxe vinyl edition of Everything I Thought It Was, slated for release on March 15th, the singer confirmed on TikTok that one of the tracks will indeed feature his former NSYNC bandmates.
On Wednesday, Timberlake replied to a comment on the video with a candid response. He shared a video where he shifted his sunglasses to reveal his eyes, purposefully blinking twice before giving a sly smile.
Reunion and New Music Teasers
Further solidifying the confirmation, NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick responded with eye emoji comments, while Lance Bass replied with his own video. However, members JC Chasez and Joey Fatone have yet to comment on this revelation.
This development follows shortly after the group reunited to collaborate on a new song for the first time in over two decades, featured in the soundtrack of the film Trolls Band Together. Timberlake had previously hinted at new music from NSYNC during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show in January, suggesting that the group had been back in the studio, hinting at the possibility of future releases.
Timberlake's Spectacular Comeback
Timberlake's highly anticipated return to the spotlight encompasses his Forget Tomorrow tour, kicking off on April 29 in Vancouver, B.C., in support of his first solo album in five years. The album's debut was preceded by its first single, Selfish, which premiered at a special concert in Timberlake's hometown of Memphis.
Timberlake recently discussed his upcoming album in an interview with Apple Music 1, revealing that it will offer fans a genuine perspective on his life. Numerous fans are now urging Timberlake to blink three times if NSYNC will extend their reunion to any of his upcoming tour stops. However, it appears that confirmation remains a wait and see situation for now.
