Gerry Turner from The Golden Bachelor and Theresa Nist, his fiancée, have officially said their vows. Turner, 72, and Nist, 70, who got engaged on the first-ever season of the Bachelor spinoff, exchanged "I do's" in a live, televised ceremony at the La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta, California, on Thursday night. The ceremony was officiated by fan favorite Susan Noles.
Dressed in a breathtaking Badgley Mischka gown, the bride was escorted down the aisle by her son, Tom, just before the ceremony commenced."I can't even tell you how excited I am right now and so grateful to welcome you all here to celebrate this love that these two have found," Noles shared.
Family Unites
Before they exchanged their vows, Turner's daughters Angie and Jenny expressed their excitement about Nist joining their family in a heartfelt speech.Nist's daughter, Jen, also celebrated the couple's union in her own speech, saying, “We're beyond thrilled that you've brought us together as a family.”
“Okay, take good care of my best friend since birth,” she told Turner before adding, “And mom, put him first. Mama and Gerry, I know you're gonna have the most incredible life together. I truly, truly, truly cannot be happier for you guys. I can't even wait to see what the future holds. I love you both so much.”

Nist teared up as she reminisced about their initial encounter when she was in her "birthday suit." "I began to believe that there could be something special between us," she shared. "I witnessed you being the most wonderful, kind, sensitive human, a man of honor and integrity, and I grew to love you. I love your heart and your soul. I love your smiles and your laughter. We have so much fun together; we laugh until we cry. We've faced numerous challenges, including a near-death experience on the California freeway."
The night concluded with viewers getting a peak inside the couple's reception, which concluded with a bouquet toss that Joan, Anna and Kathy caught. The party also ended the live ceremony by dancing to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" — a song that became a mantra for Gerry throughout his season.
