Django Unchanged actor Jamie Foxx accused of sexual assault at NYC restaurant

Hollywood sensation Jamie Foxx has been accused of alleged sexual assault at a New York restaurant according to the latest court records. According to a news report in People, the woman in her complaint which was filed in the New York Supreme Court on Wednesday (November 22) alleged that the incident took place in August 2015 at a place named Catch. The woman who is being referred to as Jane Doe alleged that she had seen Jamie having a drink with Catch Hospitality Group co-founder Mark Birnbaum when she had entered the premises.

The report further stated that in her complaint, Jane recalled that at 1 am she and her friend approached Foxx for a picture. She then remembered The Burial actor saying, “Sure baby, anything for you” and they went on to take several pictures. She also mentioned that the Academy Award winner seemed intoxicated during the same. Doe furthermore revealed that Jamie kept on bestowing praises on her like, “Wow, you have that supermodel body”, “You smell so good” and “You look like Nickie.” He also clarified Nickie to be actress Gabrielle Union. She then mentioned him grabbing her arm and pulling her to the back area of the rooftop.

The victim recalls disturbing details about the assault

Jane in her complaint stated that once they were in an isolated spot, Jamie “placed both of his hands on her waist, moved them under her ‘crop top’ and began rubbing her breasts.”She tried to step away from him and also spotted a security guard who she recalled “saw what was happening but walked further away.”She furthermore alleged the Ray actor of sliding his hands inside her vagina and anus. He only stopped when Doe’s friend reached the spot and walked away to the security guard.

Doe mentioned in her complaint that Jamie’s actions resulted in her being “injured [and] was rendered sick, sore, lame and disabled; [and] was caused to undergo medical treatment and advice.” The victim went on to say that she was, “unable to pursue her usual and regular activities; was caused to undergo great conscious pain and suffering, continues to undergo such, and will permanently be affected by the injuries and emotional distress she incurred as a result of the sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.” She is now seeking damages for the same. There has been response from the actor-comedian till now.
