Alfallah, a producer, graduated from the University of Southern California’s Cinematic School of Arts before pursuing further studies at the University of California Los Angeles, where she earned a master’s degree in film/TV producing. In 2018, she produced a TV short titled Brosa Nostra, depicting the journey of a fraternity president striving to bring his house back to Greek Row at Southern California College.

A representative for the couple confirmed that their first child, son Roman Pacino, was born in June 2023. Following Roman's birth, the couple agreed to joint legal custody of their son, while Alfallah will have primary physical custody. Court documents also revealed that Pacino was ordered to pay $30,000 per month in child support.
