The renowned pop sensation personally baked cinnamon rolls for her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, ahead of one of his games with the Kansas City Chiefs, as revealed by former NFL player Bernie Kosar. Kosar, who shared a moment with Swift before the Chiefs faced the Los Angeles Chargers on Oct. 22, expressed his enthusiasm about the encounter during an interview with Brendan Tobin and Leroy Hoard on Audacy's AM 560 Sports WQAM on Tuesday, describing the meeting with Swift as nothing short of "spectacular."
Bernie Kosar Praises Taylor Swift
"The founder of Kosar Coffee expressed, 'You couldn't ask for a more admirable role model for young parents and kids. Her authentic care for people, along with her attention and consideration, was truly spectacular to witness." "Kosar revealed that the viral pictures of him with Taylor Swift were taken during a pregame meal at Travis Kelce's house."
"We were at his place about three hours prior to the game. During our pregame meal, Taylor, being incredibly nice, arrives on her own. She's so cool; she even brought homemade cinnamon rolls for Travis as part of the pregame meal," he shared.
Even though Kosar follows a juicing regimen and is striving for a vegan, gluten-free diet, he humorously admitted, "I absolutely couldn't resist trying some of those cinnamon rolls on game day."
Baking Brag
Swift proudly displayed a set of the cinnamon rolls in 2020, sharing on Instagram, "when you’re proud of your buns so you post them on the internet." Kelce has a strong affinity for sweet breakfast items, particularly French toast, a preference he has emphasized on social media and in numerous interviews over the years.
Kelce initially expressed his fondness for French toast in 2020, sharing the insight during an interview with Men’s Journal. Explaining his game day routine, the tight end stated, “On game day, you want to carb up, so I have the energy I need for the game. French toast gets my blood sugar going and adds some carbs in.”
