Min Hee-jin and Kim Taehyung
It was surprising to some, but not shocking, that the court denied Min Hee-jin's request to be reinstated as CEO of ADOR. In September, she filed for an injunction to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and reclaim her position as both internal director and CEO. On October 17, before the court's decision, ADOR held the meeting and reappointed her as an internal director but not as CEO.
On October 29, the Seoul Central District Court ultimately dismissed her request for an injunction, stating that her claims did not meet the legal requirements. Following the ruling, Min Hee-jin, who was set to appear on a YouTube talk show, mentioned that BTS' V (Kim Taehyung) had reached out to her during his military service, expressing concern for her well-being during this challenging time.
In her appearance on Kim Young Dae's YouTube channel, she discussed the controversy surrounding HYBE and shared that Taehyung often calls her from the military, describing him as "cheerful and lively." She noted that even during tough times, he would call and ask, "You’re okay, right?" Min Hee-jin also recalled a touching moment when V texted her at dawn on her birthday, which left a significant impression on her.
However, ARMY quickly questioned her claims, pointing out that her birthday is in December—prior to the ongoing drama—and that V, being in the military, doesn't have regular access to his phone. As a result, "Stop using artists as shields" began trending on X (formerly Twitter), with fans accusing Min Hee-jin of exploiting her connections to BTS to divert attention from her court loss. Many also recalled her past intentions to undermine BTS but meeting a shaman.
her birthday is on dec 16th, which was in 2023 WAY before her conflict with hybe that started in april 2024 so how tf would he know about it if nothing was exposed? if my man could predict the future, he wouldn't THINK of working with her. https://t.co/FjT7UhLXwm

Korean Tokkies claim they will report BTS V to the Ministry of National Defense. The reason is the false statement made by Mhj in a recent YT live broadcast, where Mhj claimed V had sent her a congratulatory message on her birthday in the night time.

Fans even pointed out how Taehyung had posted about LAYOVER's 1 year anniversary, but only congratulated himself. For the unversed, BTS' V had collaborated with Min Hee-jin for his debut solo album LAYOVER.
Min Hee-jin's court ruling:
In response to the court's ruling, HYBE expressed gratitude for the decision, stating they would focus on normalizing ADOR's operations and supporting their artists. Meanwhile, Min Hee-jin's team expressed disappointment, arguing that the shareholder agreement remains valid and calling for her reinstatement as CEO. They hinted at the possibility of pursuing further action to reclaim her position if not reinstated.
