Elizabeth Moss headlines FX's The Veil, a gripping exploration of the tense dynamic between two women embroiled in a perilous game of deception as they journey from Istanbul to Paris and London. Catch the premiere of The Veil, featuring two episodes, exclusively on Hulu on Tuesday, April 30th.
The series follows the intertwining paths of two women as they navigate a treacherous world of secrets, betrayal, and espionage. One woman harbors a secret, while the other is determined to uncover it before countless lives are endangered. As tension mounts, mission controllers at the CIA and French DGSE must set aside their differences and collaborate to prevent a looming catastrophe.

A Thrilling Espionage Saga Unfolds
At the heart of this series lies the dynamic between Moss and Yumna Marwan, who portrays a enigmatic woman with ties to the world of espionage, possibly holding a secretive list. With its blend of Spy-vs-Spy intrigue and high-stakes pursuit of rogue agents, the trailer evokes a The Bourne Identity like vibe.
Featuring Moss, Yumna Marwan, Dali Benssalah, and Josh Charles, the series is penned by Steven Knight, renowned for his work on Peaky Blinders" and FX’s Taboo. Executive produced by Knight alongside Denise Di Novi from Di Novi Pictures, and Moss under her Love & Squalor Pictures banner.
Dynamic Cast Leads the Espionage Thriller
Elisabeth Moss was announced as the lead in August 2022. Moss has revealed that mastering an authentic British accent and honing her skills in action and stunt choreography to embody her character presented a greater challenge than any previous role. She embarked on learning the accent months ahead of filming.
Starring Elisabeth Moss, Josh Charles, Dali Benssalah, Yumna Marwan, Haluk Bilginer, and Alec Secareanu. and consists of six episodes on Hulu and Disney+ internationally, the first two episodes will drop on April 30, 2024.
