It’s Taylor Swift’s era and we are just living in it! Her Eras Tour turned out to be a booming success earning her a billionaire status plus her relationship with Travis Kelce seems to be turning out to be nothing less than a fairytale. In her recent interview with TIME, Taylor opened up about how she got fit for her Eras Tour. The task was not easy but Swift made the process a little fun.
Taylor Swift ran the treadmill daily
The ‘Love Story’ singer revealed that she had begun training for her concert six months before the same in March at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Taylor added, “I knew this tour was harder than anything I’d ever done before by a long shot. I finally, for the very first time, physically prepared correctly. One of the daily routines that she followed was running on her treadmill while singing all the songs that were there on her concert line-up. She said, “Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs.” Apart from that, she also strength-trained, dog pounded, and took dance classes.
Taylor Swift gave up alcohol
Swift went on to say, “I wanted to get it in my bones. I wanted to be so over-rehearsed that I could be silly with the fans, and not lose my train of thought. Learning choreography is not my strong suit.” Not only this but the ‘You Belong With Me’ singer gave up alcohol for her show. She only broke this no-alcohol rule during the Grammy Awards in February earlier this year. She said, “I gave myself a fun night for that one.”

In a heartwarming confession, Taylor said, “I know I'm not drinking on tour. I know I'm working out in between shows. I know I'm keeping my strength and stamina up. I know I'm going on that stage whether I'm sick, injured, heartbroken, uncomfortable, or stressed.” Never one to disappoint her Swifties, the singer said, “That’s part of my identity as a human being now. If someone buys a ticket to my show, I’m going to play it unless we have some sort of force majeure.” Well, we can just seeTaylor Swift lashes out at Kim Kardashian for 2016 Kanye West phone call: Here’s what the controversy was all about more power to this rockstar of a woman.
