Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces fresh accusations of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed on Thursday in the Manhattan Supreme Court. This comes just days after the settlement of another lawsuit that accused him of rape and abuse.
According to court documents, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleges that Diddy, 54, drugged and raped her during her time as a college student at Syracuse University in 1991. Attorneys for Dickerson-Neal assert that she became a victim of "revenge porn" when the music mogul purportedly recorded the incident and shared the tape within the music industry.
Diddy vehemently denies the allegations, asserting that Dickerson-Neal fabricated the entire story.

Navigating Allegations
As per the allegations outlined in the complaint, Dickerson-Neal was acquainted with Diddy through mutual friends and had appeared alongside him in a music video. Jonathan Goldhirsh, Dickerson-Neal’s lawyer, mentioned in a press release that the victim was already aware of Diddy’s purported mistreatment of women at the time they crossed paths and approached their interactions cautiously.
During a date, which Dickerson-Neal claims she reluctantly agreed to, she asserts that she was drugged after leaving her drink unattended at the table with Diddy, subsequently finding herself unable to stand or walk independently.
The documents claim that days later, a male friend disclosed that he had seen the alleged sex tape along with other individuals. Disturbed by this revelation, Ms. Dickerson inquired about the number of people who had seen it, to which he allegedly responded, "Everyone."
Diddy and Cassie Ventura Settle Legal Dispute
Earlier this week, Diddy and Casandra “Cassie” Ventura swiftly reached a settlement, just one day after the singer filed a lawsuit against him in New York, citing charges of rape, sex trafficking, domestic violence, and more.
“I have chosen to resolve this matter amicably with terms that offer me a degree of control,” stated Ventura in a released statement. “I extend my gratitude to my family, fans, and legal team for their steadfast support.”

Race Against Time
In addition to Combs, the suit names Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises as defendants. This filing occurs just a day before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act on Friday. This legislation enables adult sexual assault survivors to initiate a lawsuit within a year after the expiration of the statute of limitations.
In the midst of this legal rollercoaster, the claims against Diddy and his crew add more drama to the mix. Tossing the lawsuit bomb right before the New York Adult Survivors Act deadline, things are getting intense. Keep your eyes peeled for what unfolds next.
