In an interview, where she was named Woman of the Year, conducted before the actors' strike, Millie Bobby Brown likened the conclusion of her popular Netflix series to the feeling of graduating from high school.
She expressed, "When you're prepared, you're like, 'All right, let's do this. Let's tackle this last senior year. Let's get out of here.' 'Stranger Things' demands a substantial amount of time for filming, and it's been holding me back from pursuing stories that truly ignite my passion. So, I'm ready to bid it a heartfelt 'Thank you, and goodbye.'"
A Multifaceted Talent: Millie Bobby Brown's Journey
At 19 years old, she attributes the show to equipping her with "the tools and resources to become a better actor." Nevertheless, she's delving into numerous other pursuits.

Apart from her acting career, she heads a production company responsible for the "Enola Holmes" franchise. She's recently published a novel and introduced her beauty line, Florence by Mills. Moreover, she's engaged to Jake Bongiovi, 21, the son of Jon Bon Jovi.
Acknowledging the skepticism that surrounds their young engagement, Brown highlights the enduring happiness in her parents' marriages, emphasizing their own readiness for commitment.
Ensemble Excellence and Saturn Triumph
Brown's role in "Stranger Things" earned her critical acclaim, leading to nominations for the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series and the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
She further contributed to the success of the show by sharing in the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series and securing the 43rd Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor in a Television Series. In the second season of "Stranger Things," her portrayal of Eleven earned her a second round of SAG Award and Primetime Emmy Award nominations in 2018.
