Khloé Kardashian's kiddos: Get to know True and Tatum

Khloé Kardashian proudly embraces motherhood with her two adorable kids! True Thompson made her debut in April 2018, and in August 2022, Khloé joyfully welcomed her son, Tatum, through a surrogate. A Cleveland Arrival

Arriving in Cleveland, Ohio, on April 12, 2018, True entered the world just days after reports surfaced of Thompson's alleged infidelity to Kardashian. The inspiration for the baby's name originated as a suggestion from Kardashian's grandmother, Mary Jo "M.J." Houghton.

Khloé shared, "She told me it was my great-grandfather's first name and my grandfather's middle name. It stuck with me for my entire pregnancy and was the only one I couldn't get out of my head." However, True's connection to her family goes beyond her name.

 Khloé notes that her daughter is already displaying organizational tendencies, mirroring her mom's penchant for cleanliness and orderliness. "I am incredibly clean and organized. I like everything in its place. I'm very regimented. And I don't want that for True, but she already has so much of that," Khloé revealed.

Thompson's Touch

Throughout the rollercoaster of Kardashian and Thompson's relationship, the former Cleveland Cavaliers player has consistently played an active role in True's life. Celebrating her fourth birthday in April 2022, True experienced her dad's thoughtful gesture even though he couldn't attend the birthday bash due to a basketball game. Thompson ensured a special delivery to Kardashian's house – a dazzling diamond necklace with an estimated value of $25,000.

April 2023 marked True's 5th birthday, and Khloé took to Instagram to express her mixed emotions, admitting, "I'm NOT OK" with her daughter growing up so swiftly. Posting nostalgic throwback photos of True as a baby, Khloé shared, "True has changed my life in ways I could never express. I am so emotional over her getting older. What is wrong with me lol Sobbing."

Expanding the Family

In July 2022, a representative for Khloé Kardashian confirmed that she was anticipating her second child with Tristan Thompson through surrogacy. The statement read, "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family."

Shortly following her son's arrival, "The Kardashians" star candidly shared her experience of being a mom of two. Expressing her sentiments, Kardashian stated, "I know it's cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts." The Good American founder emphasized how her two little ones serve as personal challenges, noting that "being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honor and a gift."

The big reveal of the boy's name, Tatum, took place on the season 3 premiere of "The Kardashians." In a conversation with James Corden at an 818 Tequila event, cameras captured the moment when Kardashian publicly shared her son's name for the first time.

In August 2023, Khloé Kardashian celebrated Tatum's first birthday with a heartwarming Instagram post. She delighted her followers by sharing never-before-seen photos of the little boy, proudly showcasing his adorable face.
