In a recent lawsuit filed on Thursday in New York County Supreme Court, a third woman has leveled accusations of sexual assault against Sean "Diddy" Combs. As detailed in the lawsuit, which People Magazine obtained and Rolling Stone first reported, an individual identified as Jane Doe claims that Combs, 54, and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns sexually assaulting her and a friend in New York City over three decades ago.
Legal Turmoil Continues
The accusation surfaced on the same day the entertainer faced another lawsuit, this time alleging sexual assault against a college student in 1991. This development follows shortly after Sean "Diddy" Combs settled a separate lawsuit accusing him of rape and abuse.

All these legal actions fall under the recently expired Adult Survivors Act. In response to these allegations, a spokesperson for Combs stated, "These are unfounded claims, falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Due to Mr. Combs' fame and success, he becomes an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial gain."
Alleged Coercion and Trauma
Jane Doe claims that she encountered the men at an event organized by Uptown Records distributor MCA Records held at the company's offices. "Combs and Hall exhibited flirtatious and hands-on behavior towards Jane Doe and her friend, consistently offering them drinks throughout the evening," details the lawsuit. According to Jane Doe, she was later coerced into a sexual encounter with Combs at Hall's apartment.
"After Combs concluded his actions, Jane Doe, shocked and traumatized, lay in bed," the lawsuit describes. "During the process of getting dressed, Hall forcefully entered the room, restrained her, and compelled Jane Doe into a sexual encounter against her will."
In another lawsuit filed against Combs on Thursday, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleges that the rapper drugged and raped her while she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991, as stated in the court documents. This comes in the wake of Diddy and Casandra "Cassie" Ventura reaching a settlement earlier this week, just one day after the singer filed a lawsuit against him, making allegations of rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence.
The recent legal developments surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs involve serious allegations from multiple individuals. With a third woman, identified as Jane Doe, accusing him of sexual assault, these claims are layered with complexities dating back over 30 years.
