Daphne Joy has leveled allegations against her former partner, 50 Cent, accusing him of both physical and sexual assault. In an Instagram post shared on Thursday, Joy directly addressed 50 Cent, using his full legal name, Curtis James Jackson, at the beginning of the post. The couple shares a 12-year-old son named Sire.
Joy's accusations have surfaced in the wake of 50 Cent's move to seek sole custody of their son, Sire. The rapper's spokesperson stated that 50 Cent's decision stems from allegations in Rodney Jones' lawsuit against Diddy, suggesting that Joy was involved in sex work.

Exposes 50 Cent's Dismissive Attitude
Alongside her allegations of rape and abuse against 50 Cent, Joy also criticized her ex for making light of the serious accusations of rape and sex trafficking directed at Diddy saying "Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is happening now. You are wreaking real havoc, frenzy, and chaos onto people's lives."
In 2013, 50 Cent faced allegations of domestic violence involving Joy, to which he later pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor vandalism. The incident reportedly involved him kicking Joy in the stomach and causing damage to her property during a heated argument.
Continuing her discussion, the actress delved into the rapper's connection with their son, Sire. Joy asserted that despite moving to New York to facilitate his involvement as a father, he only met their son 10 times during their two-year proximity. She expressed exhaustion, stating, "I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned."
Denies Allegations of Involvement in Sex Work
In another Instagram post on Thursday, Joy hit back at the claims made by producer Rodney Jones in a sex trafficking lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, denying any involvement in sex work. She said the lies deeply hurt her and emphasized they're completely false.
