Sophie Turner finally reveals the reason behind her divorce with Joe Jonas

For those who know Sophie Turner will address her as a strong woman who has her own distinct identity. This stunning lady’s life has nothing been short of a fairy tale. After having started off in showbiz from an early age, she has been a part of many prestigious projects including Game of Thrones, Home Movie: The Princess Bride, X-Men: Apocalypse, Every Last Secret and many others.

Even though she as been one of the most talked about celebs of the entertainment arena, recently, she was in the news mostly because of her personal life wherein she had divorced Joe Jonas (of the famous Jonas Brothers), also the very man whose brother Nick Jonas got married to the global Indian superstar Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

There were many speculations regarding the reasons which led to her divorce. In a recent interview with British Vogue, Sophie Turner spoke about her divorce with Joe Jonas. In the interview, Sophie revealed that there was a lot of attention on the three brothers and their wives. And, while uttering the term ‘wife’, Sophie said that they (herself and the other two ladies viz., Kevin's wife Danielle Jonas and Priyanka Chopra) were always called ‘the wives’, which she hated. She termed that as a ‘plus-one feeling.’

In the same breath, Sophie made it a point to clarify that her, by-now-ex-husband Joe Turner had nothing to do with it, though. She clarified that, in no way, he had ever made her feel that way. She further said that the perception about them (herself, Priyanka Chopra, and Kevin's wife Danielle Jonas) was that they were groupies in the band.

For the uninitiated, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas decided to part ways in September 2003. And at that time, the reason cited was that she was an irresponsible mother who used to leave her daughters Willa and Delphine alone, while she would be out partying.
