    After a heartbreaking Day 10, which saw Lakshya Sen lose the bronze medal in badminton, Maheshwari Chauhan and Anant Jeet Singh Naruka finish fourth in the mixed team skeet event, and Nisha Dahiya suffer a painful injury and lose 8-10 in the women’s freestyle 68kg quarter-final, it’s time to move forward.

    On August 6, India's star javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra will begin his title defence in the men’s javelin qualification round. He will be joined by Kishore Kumar Jena, who is also aiming to qualify for the final.

    Additionally, the Indian men’s hockey team will look to make history as they face Germany in their semi-final clash. In wrestling, medal contender Vinesh Phogat will start her campaign with the pre-quarters of the women’s 50kg freestyle event. Pahal Kiran will also compete in the repechage round of the women’s 400m event, aiming to advance to the semi-finals.

    So far, India has secured three bronze medals in these Olympics, all won by shooters. Here is the Indian Olympic schedule for August 6:
