India vs Sri Lanka: Where to watch IND vs SL ODI series on TV, OTT and all you need to know

After a successful whitewash in the T20I series under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav, it is now time to shift gears and focus on the One Day Internationals (ODI) series. This series will also mark the return of stars Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli who will face Sri Lanka in the three-match ODI series starting with the 1st ODI on August 2, Friday at the R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.

For the hosts, all-rounder Chamika Karunaratne along with young batters Janith Liyanage and Nishan Madushka were called up to the 16-member Sri Lanka squad named for the three-match ODI series. Indian fans can watch the series on the Sony Sports network and live stream on the Sony LIV app and website.

IND vs SL ODI series:

The ODI matches will be played at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo after the T20I series at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. Players have arrived in Colombo, including KL Rahul, Harshit Rana, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Kuldeep Yadav. Practices for the Indian ODI team have started under assistant coach Abhishek Nayar.

After India's triumph in Barbados, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli announced their retirement from T20I cricket. Both players relished a vacation with their families; Rohit spent time in the USA with his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, and daughter, Samaira, while Kohli went to London after the T20 World Cup festivities.

Interestingly, after being left off of the BCCI's yearly contract list, Shreyas Iyer was called back to the ODI team, along with KL Rahul. The three-match ODI series is slated to start on August 2 and end on August 7.

2nd ODI - August 4 (Sunday): 2:30 PM IST at R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium
