The icons, legends, and veterans of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, have clinched the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 by defeating South Africa at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados. Despite speculation of a rift between them, the cricketers remained focused and performed admirably.

    Now, these two legends have secured the trophy together, with Virat Kohli named Player of the Match under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. They were also seen sharing hugs, shedding tears of joy, and posing with the Indian flag, trophy, and their medals for the cameras.

    Fans flooded social media, particularly X (formerly known as Twitter), praising the camaraderie displayed by these superstars throughout the tournament.

    Rohit also commended Kohli's innings of 76 off 59, stating, "We needed someone to bat for a long period, and Virat did that perfectly. His experience really showed. The contributions from the other players were crucial as well, especially Axar's knock of 47."
