After a 42-day break following their white-ball tour of Sri Lanka, Team India is all set to return to action as they host Bangladesh for two Tests and three T20Is. The series will kick off with the red-ball format, starting on September 19. Led by Rohit Sharma, the Men in Blue will be cautious not to underestimate the Bengal Tigers, led by Najmul Shanto, who recently secured a 2-0 series win against Pakistan on their home turf.

Following the Tests, the focus will shift to the T20Is, where newly-appointed captain Suryakumar Yadav will lead the reigning world champions. Notably, the two Tests will not include any day-night matches, with the day's play commencing at 9:30 AM (IST). The three T20Is will begin at 7:30 PM (IST).
