While chasing 173 runs, Rajasthan Royals (RR) got two lifelines with dropped catches in the Eliminator of the Indian Premier League (IPL) game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). In the 4.1 over, Yash Dayal did all the work to get the wicket, but Maxwell dropped a sitter at deep square leg.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore got a lifeline, and fans began to troll Maxwell, noting that not only did he drop an easy catch, but he also departed for a duck when his team was losing wickets at a crucial moment. As for the clash, currently, after 14 overs, RR has scored 115 runs and lost four wickets. The Men in Pink need 58 runs in 36 balls to win the Eliminator.
Tom Kohler-Cadmore departed for 20 off 15 balls, followed by Yashasvi Jaiswal for 45 off 30 and skipper Sanju Samson for 17 off 13. Just while writing this article, Dhruv Jurel was run out, by the brilliant throw by Virat Kohli.
For RCB, Lockie Ferguson, Karn Sharma, and Cameron Green each picked up a wicket, and they will need more such wickets to turn the game in their favour.

Earlier, RCB lost eight wickets and scored 172 runs in 20 overs. Virat Kohli scored 33 off 24 while captain Faf du Plessis managed 17 off 14. Rajat Patidar hammered 34 off 22, and Cameron Green contributed 27 off 21. As in most of the games he has played this year, Glenn Maxwell could not muster much of an effort and departed for a duck.

Attacking player Mahipal Lomror was also sent back after scoring 32 off 17, and in the end, Karn Sharma (5 off 4) and Swapnil Singh (9 off 4) added a few more runs.
Avesh Khan took three wickets for RR, while Ravichandran Ashwin claimed two. Yuzvendra Chahal and Trent Boult each picked up one.
