In the second match, Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur both scored centuries to propel India to a formidable total of 325, their third-highest in 50-over cricket. Despite brilliant centuries from South Africa's captain Laura Wolvaardt and star all-rounder Marizanne Kapp, they fell just four runs short due to excellent final-over bowling by Pooja Vastrakar.
