BAN W vs MAL W:

Bangladesh has played two matches and lost their first match to Sri Lanka but won the other against Thailand. As for Malaysia, they, however, have lost both of its matches and are therefore officially out of the competition. 

Malaysia cannot make the playoffs even if they win their next game due to their negative NRR of -4.150. But they can affect Bangladesh's prospects of making the playoffs. The rankings in Group B might get considerably more complicated if Malaysia wins.
