    Anybody who had attended the Anant Ambani and Radhika Ambani’s wedding just could not stop raving about it. Bit for those who were not as lucky to attend the wedding, do not fret as we bring to you as many as ten ‘andar ki baat’ from the Ambani wedding that will make you go ‘awww’ for the longest time, courtesy Ranveer Allahabadia’s recent podcast!

    WHAT! There were roads and stations at the venue?
    Oh Yes! Ranveer aka BeerBicpes, in his podcast, revealed that, the entire ‘shaadi ka venue’ resembled nothing less than a huge station with long roads! He said that, they (The Ambanis) had had a long road built out, and also stations along that road.

    Was it a city-based venue or a venue-based city?
    The well-known American comedian and actor Akaash Singh, who had attended the grand bash said (read ‘revealed’) that the entire venue was turned into a city! He added that the Ambanis ‘took a convention centre, and built a city inside that convention centre!’

    Multiple concerts everywhere!
    In the same breath, he added that, each of the stations had one music superstar! And if there is a music superstar, can multiple concerts be far behind! Ranveer shared that the shaadi ka crew was stopping at every station and was having a mini concert with the baraat going crazy.

    Decorations a la Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s set?
    Speaking about the decorations of the wedding, Akash Singh revealed that, all of those resembled the grandeur, opulence and the larger than life sets of a Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film set! He added that, there were as many as four different floors with each floor serving a unique purpose, which was beyond any wedding!

    In a world where nothing comes free, Ambanis gave away FREE Merchandise!
    The lucky man that he is Akaash Singh, in the podcast revealed that, it felt like all the guests had been transported to a magical world. He also revealed that, the guests were being treated to free merchandise, which included bangles and designer sunglasses like Versace!

    OMG! A personalised ten-minute movie for the guests!
    Little did anyone know that, there was a personalised movie which was directed by Jawan director Atlee and had its voiceover by Amitabh Bachchan. And it was this 10-minute movie, which was shown to all the guests who were present at the wedding! Talk about being the super privileged ones!

    2500 dishes at the weeding!
    In the podcast, Ranveer had revealed that, there were as many as 2500 dishes which were being served at the wedding! And, all of these dishes were not just vegetarian, but were also carefully curated from all across India. He added that, there was an entire floor which was dedicated to food! Wait… there’s more to that! Besides the food which were brought down from all across the country, there was also a paan shop which was run by a real Benarasi pan shop owner! Can it get more authentic than this!

    Not ten, not twenty… there were 20 gates for the guests!
    Reports stated that, the Ambanis had constructed as many as a whopping 20 gates for the guests to enter the wedding venue. To be more specific, the celebrities were instructed to enter the venue from gate 11, which also was the place where one could find the paparazzi who were waiting to click the photos!

    And now for the most obvious one- THE TOTAL COST!
    Even though the Ambanis have been extremely tight lipped about the total cost of the wedding, there have been many speculations and estimations by many ‘experts’ across the globe. As per a report in BBC, it was estimated at around 13 billion rupees. On the other hand, a report in The Daily Mail stated that, the figures could go up to as high as 320 million dollars!

    The guests ‘commuted’ through golf carts!
    If you were one of those who had spotted an array of golf carts being transported inside the wedding venue, then, et us tell you that, these golf carts were used to facilitate the guests in terms of their commutation. Its not everyday that the wedding hall measures a sprawling and breath taking 18.5 acres!
