Actor Salman Khan said that he believed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi carried out the firing incident at his house to kill him and his family, according to the chargesheet filed by the police earlier this month. Bollywood actor Salman Khan has now recorded a chargesheet with the Anti-Extortion Cell of the Mumbai Police Crime Branch. In the said chargesheet, the actor has said that he believed that the ‘gangster Lawrence Bishnoi had carried out the firing outside his home to kill him and his family’.
As per a report in India Today, it has been stated that, the said charge sheet totals to 1,735-pages. It is in this chargesheet that the Bollywood actor Salman Khan had shared the details of the threats which he and his family have been receiving from Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang members for years.
As per a news report in The Free Press Journal, it has been stated that, besides the aforementioned statement in the chargesheet, Salman Khan had also said that he had heard ‘crackers-like' noise at 4:55 am. The actor added that, at that time, he was asleep when the firing happened.
Looking back a few months ago, (January 2024 to be precise), readers may recall that there were two individuals who had tried to trespass at Salman Khan’s farmhouse which is in Panvel. The actor, then, had even revealed that Mumbai Police had identified the men as members of Bishnoi gang.
On the professional front, Salman Khan was last seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Tiger 3. While Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan starred Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Bhumika Chawla, Jagapathi Babu, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam and Shehnaaz Gill in an all-important role, Tiger 3 saw the pairing of Salman Khan with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
The superstar actor Salman Khan will now be seen in Sikandar, which will see Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady.
