There is no denying the fact that, ever since the time the multi-starrer Welcome To The Jungle had been announced, the film has been in the news and has also been making news for one reason or the other. To begin with, the film made news because of Sanjay Dutt and Anil Kapoor no longer being associated with the film. This is now followed by the latest buzz that the multi starrer film will no longer be released on December 20, 2024!
As per a source-based news report in Hindustan Times, it now seems that the film release of Welcome To The Jungle on December 2 this year may not look possible. The reason? Well… as for the film’s postponement, the reason which has been cited is that of vfx. The reports state that it's the vfx work in the film which has reportedly made the film’s makers rethink about their decision of releasing it on December 2. It's only after principal photography concludes, the film will be treated to vfx. Keeping all these situations in mind, the film’s makers have now reportedly postponed the film.
As for the film, as stated above, it is a multi-starrer comic caper. The film stars a whole bunch of actors. These actors include Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, Farida Jalal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani and Raveena Tandon! Besides the film being a multi starrer, it is also significant for one more reason. The film Welcome To The Jungle, will also see the onscreen reunion of Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon after a timespan of around 20 years!
Besides the aforementioned actors, the film Welcome To The Jungle also stars Shreyas Talpade, Rajpal Yadav, Suniel, Arshad Warsi and others (besides Akshay Kumar, of course! While the film is being directed by Ahmed Khan, it is being produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. Watch this space for developments.
