Mr And Mrs Mahi- Janhvi Kapoor wears a cricket ball-inspired outfit; Rajkummar Rao has the BEST reaction!

The Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Mr And Mrs Mahi has been making news for some time now, and for all the right reasons. Only recently, the film’s makers went on to release a bunch of posters from the film. These posters were extremely powerful and also seemed to be screaming ‘inspiring’!

Just like any other film, this film too, had its lead stars Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor going to various places in order to promote the film as much as possible. Today (May 9), when the duo of Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor were just about to step inside an event where they were expected to be promoting the film, there was something about the latter’s dress which had caught the attention of many eyes and cameras.

Before anyone else, it was Rajkummar Rao himself, who told the paps present (who had come to cover the promotional event), that Janhvi Kapoor was wearing a dress which was inspired by cricket! Janhvi Kapoor was seen wearing a maroonish/ dark red-cut-out dress. The USP of the dress was in the place of the back strap, the designer had ‘incorporated’ a cricket ball kind of design, which truly made both Janhvi Kapoor and her dress stand out!

And even if at all a person did miss to notice that, the film’s leading man Rajkummar Rao drew the attention of the photographers and made it a point to show the cricket balls type design on the back side of her dress! The film’s premise reportedly revolves around the partnership between an imperfectly perfect cricket-loving couple!

As for the film Mr And Mrs Mahi, besides Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor, it also stars Abhishek Banerjee, Rajesh Sharma, Kumud Mishra and others in important roles. The film, which has been directed by Sharan Sharma, will be released on May 31, 2024.
