Besides the success and appreciation for Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, Manisha Koirala had yet another reason to celebrate. Recently, she had met with the UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in London.
Sharing her excitement regarding the meeting, Manisha Koirala took to social media and posted a photograph of hers and Rishi Sunak. As for Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, besides Manisha Koirala, it also stars a whole lot of actors including Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Fardeen Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Fardeen Khan, Taha Shah Badussha, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Segal, Shekhar Suman and Adhyayan Suman. The series, which is being appreciated by many, is presently streaming on Netflix and mirrors the lives of the many courtesans during the pre-independence era.
The entire series has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
