In most of the Bollywood music, there is a special place for Punjabi tracks. And if there is Akshay Kumar who features in a Punjabi track of a Bollywood film, it will be nothing less than an icing on the cake! Well… the just released Hauli Hauli track from the Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal and Taapsee Pannu starrer Khel Khel Mein is just that!
Akshay Kumar today took to social media and shared the most awaited track ‘Hauli Hauli’ from the film Khel Khel Mein. The song, in totality, is a hardcore Punjabi one which stars the quintessential Punjabi mundas Akshay Kumar and Ammy Virk kickstarting the track by crooning on the mic… only to be followed by the spunky Aditya Seal!
The audiences are then introduced to the respective loves of the trio in the form of Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu and Pragya Jaiswal. The surprise element, however, is the presence of the still-so-suave Fardeen Khan, who is all set to make a comeback on the silver screen (his comeback performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi notwithstanding).
As for the said track ‘Hauli Hauli’, it is definitely a soft on your ears kind of track, with all the flavours of a quintessential Punjabi track sprinkled in it. As for the song’s video, the choreography looks eye pleasing, although it does lack any kind of hook step. While the song has been penned and composed by Guru Randhawa, who has also sung it along with Honey Singh and Neha Kakkar.
The internet seems to have fallen in love with the said track. While one user wrote, ‘OMG! Its sooooooooooo nice to see Akshay Kumar and Fardeen Khan after so long. Irrespective of the fate of the film, the impeccable jodi of Akshay and Fardeen will surely make the audiences rush to the theatres’, there was another user who wrote, ‘Such a simple step will surely ensure that the song will become one of the highlights of the film’.
Amongst the aforementioned starcast, there is also the stunning actress Chitraganda Singh who too will be seen in the film. While the film has been directed by Mudassar Aziz, it will be released all across on August 15.
