Ram Charan’s Racha Completes 5 Years

Mega actor Ram Charan needs no introduction in the entertainment industry. Starting his career in 2007 with Puri Jagannadh’s directorial Chirutha, the actor and producer is now one of the highest paid actors in Tollywood. Yesterday, on April 5, Charan’s blockbuster movie Racha completed 5 years.

Released in 2012, Racha was a commercial success. Helmed by Sampath Nandi, the film was bankrolled by R. B. Choudary in association with N. V. Prasad and Paras Jain under their banner Megaa Super Good Films. The movie was a paisa vasool film and raked in a lifetime share of Rs 450 million at the worldwide box office and turned out one of the highest grossing Telugu films of the year.

On the occasion of the film completing its five years, fans are over excited and are celebrating 5YearsOfRamCharanRacha hashtag on social media. Ram romanced Tamannah Bhatia in the film and Lisa Haydon performed on an item song.
