Yash Not Doing ‘Kurukshetra’

Ever since it was announced that mythological movie ‘Kurukshetra’ will be made in Sandalwood, names of several actors from the Kannada film industry have been doing the rounds. Rumours were doing the rounds that several actors from Sandalwood such as Kichcha Sudeep, Ambareesh, Ravichandaran, Yash and Upendra will be seen in important roles in the movie. However, later it was announced that only Ravichandaran will be acting in the film.

And now the reports have surfaced that actor Yash has not given his nod for the film. His name popped up without his consent. ‘Kurukshetra’ will be helmed by Naganna, while V Harikrishna has been roped in to score the music.

Meanwhile, Yash is currently busy shooting for ‘KGF’ in North Karnataka region. The movie is being helmed by Prashanth Neel and is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale films. It is believed that the project is made on a big budget of 50 crore breaking all the myths that Kannada movies are made on a low budget.
