4 Upcoming SRK Films That Prove He's Gone Beyond Box-Office Battle
Shah Rukh Khan has had a great start to 2017 with his film Raees making big buck at the box office and impressing millions with his negative character with a good heart avatar. But that is not it for King Khan this year. The actor has some mega projects in his kitty with which he is ready to set new bench marks.

One of the biggest stars in the country is ready to team up with one of the best directors in the country i.e. Imtiaz Ali. The critically acclaiimed director, who has delivered brilliant films like Jab We Met and Highway, is about to make another romantic project, this time centered around SRK.
Shah Rukh Khan, has said: "I wanted him to do a happy film because I am in that zone right now— thodi khushnawaz film ho. And he had a film for me with a nice language of love. It’s a love story but it keeps my age in mind. It’s not a young upbeat love story; Imtiaz has a very nice take on love.”
The film is slated to release on 11th August 2017.
Tubelight -
The actor has a small but significant cameo in the Salman Khan film. The teaser of the movie is already out and the fans are going gaga over the onscreen reunion of Bollywood’s Karan and Arjun. The film is certainly as significant for Shah Rukh who is rumored to be playing a magician in the film.
The film is slated to release on Eid in June 2017.
Anand L. Rai’s Next –
Shah Rukh has confirmed his next interesting Bollywood film with Tanu Weds Manu director Anand L. Rai. The film is the story of a short man and is being shot in Kanpur and Meerut. The name of the leading ladies has not been fixed yet but the film will have not one but two actresses. It is being secuplated that Deepika and Katrina will be finalized for the film.
It is slated to release in December 2018.
Shah Rukh Khan's Next Home Production:
The actor’s home production Red Chillies Entertainment will be producing a war film based on Operation Khukri in Africa, where Shah Rukh will be seen playing an Indian army officer. Extensive research has gone into the project on the film based on real life incidents, of India’s peace keeping mission in West Africa.
A release date has not yet been fixed on the project.
