Kareena Kapoor becomes brand ambassador for Malabar Gold & Diamonds

Big deals and endorsements are nothing new toBegumKareena Kapoor and here comes one more in her kitty. The A-listed actress of the B-town has been signed up to endorse the jewellery retail chain Malabar Gold & Diamonds and she is said to be quite happy with the new alliance.

Kareena ‘Geet’ Kapoor seems to be quite fond of the brand which is mostly known for its style, design, beauty and trust, as she talked about the same at the signing ceremony. The actress also added that Malabar Gold & Diamonds has brought a revolution in the world of bridal jewellery, introducing the `Brides of India` concept "showcasing the traditional and vibrant rituals and colourful jewellery of brides across India."

M.P. Ahammed, the chairman of Malabar Group, also talked about their new deal with Kareena, who is considered an "epitome of beauty and style" by the brand’s executives, "She symbolises contemporary India and represents the emerging youth of this country. Her presence in our communication will enhance our brand equity and will help us to move seamlessly into the northern Indian market, which is our focus for the coming years.” The brand is looking forward to open 40 outlets, among which 20 stores will be situated in North India region.
