Baahubali Fame Prabhas To Make Bollywood Debut With Hrithik Starrer Dhoom 4?

South Indian Film industry wasn’t given its due significance unless Baahubali had hit the theatres surpassing all the existing records of Indian cinema across the globe. Not only director S.S. Rajamouli was acclaimed for his work but actor Prabhas, who was seen in a lead role, was also lauded for his performance in the epic historical fiction film. Now rumour mills are churning that the South Indian actor has bagged a role in Bollywood’s most-famous franchise Dhoom. It is said that Aditya Chopra had seen Prabhas in a special screening of Baahubali. The filmmaker was so impressed with the actor that he decided to cast him in the Dhoom franchise.

Tinsel town is abuzz that Baahubali fame Prabhas and Hrithik Roshan, who also featured in Dhoom 2, will be starring together in the fourth instalment of the series. Both the actors will be playing villains in the film. It is being said that Hrithik will reprise his role from Dhoom 2 whereas Prabhas will be playing another prime antagonist.

A source close to the production has been quoted as saying, “The Dhoom franchise is such where the villain, who is the hero, is supposed to be strong and brawny. Prabhas fits the requirements perfectly. Moreover, the dubbed version of Baahubali, too, got a tremendous box-office response, thus proving that he has a pan-India appeal. The makers will soon make an announcement, once they’ve finalised the details”.
