Ajay Devgn to work with Ashwini Chaudhary

Actor and producer Ajay Devgan is all set to work with writer and director Ashwini Chaudhary in his next venture. The film which is supposed to be an action thriller is expected to hit theatres by the year end. This collaboration would help him to promote his production company named Ajay Devgn Films which was founded by him in 2000.

Confirming the news, Ashwini says, "Yes, I am directing a film for Ajay's banner. I've known Ajay for years. I was the chief assistant director on his Dil Kya Kare. We've never worked together after that but always stayed in touch. We often brainstormed. Recently, he really liked one of my ideas and we decided to collaborate."

When asked if Ajay would play the lead role, Ashwini adds, "It's too early to comment on this, I'll have clarity on the casting only by next month when Ajay reads the finished script. The last film directed by Ashwini Chaudhary was Jodi Breakers released in 2012. The movie featured Bipasha Basu and R. Madhavan in leading roles and received mixed response at the box office.
