When you think of Aditi Rao Hydari, just two films come to your mind. We remember Yeh Saali Zindagi and Wazir, and if you really put some thought to it, may be Fitoor, where she played the young Tabu. The woman has a lot of untapped potential when it comes to her acting skills. Her eyes communicate the right emotions, but there’s much more that we need to see from the actress. Her stint in Fitoor looked really promising enough for her to be able to pull off a film, but she needs the right script and director.

Sonam Kapoor
All you remember about Sonam is fashion. While there’s no doubt that no one can beat her outstanding fashion game, this Kapoor is yet to arrive with her best work. We need to see more of her acting than her immeasurably magnificent wardrobe and fashion sense. May be Neerja is the only film which has put Sonam in the spotlight for all the right reasons. Yet we need to see more of her !

Sonakshi Sinha
Ok Lootera was hands down her best movie. She proved every inch of her mettle in the film, but where did that charisma vanish? Yes she has seen the money pouring in with Dabangg and Akira, but then we’re dying to watch the actress Sonakshi now! We hope she’s listening.

Illeana D’Cruz
What happened to her after Barfi? No really! Despite Priyanka and Ranbir stealing the show in Barfi, Illeana blissfully surprised us with her skills in the film.  She’s done enough of commercial work, but how about a good movie where we get to see her act?

Shraddha Kapoor
This young girl has been mercilessly compared to Alia Bhatt, but we think she needs her own fair chance. She comes with a different vibe and attitude altogether and she’s made her way up really carefully. All she needs is a movie where we get to see her character which can be written better. We wish for a nice movie, not necessarily a 100 Cr club film. She has a Haider in her filmography, but we need her Haider! If you know what we mean.
