Actors Have Become Commodities: Sunny Deol

Ahead of the release of his upcoming film Ghayal Once Again, Sunny Deol has made a shocking revelation about the industry. Sunny is returning to the big screen after 2 years, his last film being Singh Saab the Great. The 58-year-old star says that how it bothers him to know that the actors have become commodities.

“The industry and the country have changed. But, my belief and thoughts didn't change along. I always thought that acting was basically an art where you are performing. Cinema is basically a reflection of the society”, Sunny revealed while in an interview on Zoom’s show ‘Yaar Mera Superstar’.

He continued, “But somehow, as time passed by, things changed. It really bothers me that people who were actors earlier, have now become commodities”. Meanwhile, Ghayal Once Again is all set to hit the theatres February 5.
