India's most popular politician (after Narendra Modi) Mr. Arvind Kejriwal has proposed a new 'odd and even logic' to curb vehicular pollution in Delhi. The state government has decided that vehicles with odd and even numbers will hit the roads on alternative days. The plan will be implemented from January 2016. 

So the funda is pretty simple!
