Massive update from Good Bad Ugly is here! All the details are here..

Thala Ajith and Adhik Ravichandran’s ambitious project, Good Bad Ugly, is one of the most eagerly awaited films of the year. Although the makers have yet to begin shooting the movie, the latest is that the shoot is slated to commence officially on May 10 in Hyderabad. 

According to the reports, Adhik, who has completed the scripting of the film, has narrated the entire script to Ajith, who is keen on working on the project. A mass action sequence and power-packed song will be shot during the first schedule. Ajith, who is yet to complete the shooting of his much-delayed film Vidaa Muyarchi, will join the sets of Good Bad Ugly soon. 

Good Bad Ugly: New cast alert!

According to sources, popular actresses Simran and Meena have been roped in to be a part of Good Bad Ugly. Simran, who has worked with Ajith in blockbuster films such as Valee, Aval Varuvala and Unnai Kodu Ennai Tharuven, is rumoured to share screen space with the actor after a hiatus of 24 years. 

Meanwhile, Meena and Ajith have starred in films such as Anantha Poongatre, Citizen, and Villain. They will be reuniting after 22 years for Adhik's movies.

Tollywood's young sensation Sree Leela is rumoured to make her Tamil film debut in the film and is said to play Ajith’s sister. Good Bad Ugly is backed by Telugu production house Mythri Movie Makers, which means that there's a good chance that the makers will rope in Telugu actors as well. An official confirmation on the cast is awaited.

Rumours are that Ajith will be playing three different roles. The last time the superstar played triple roles was in the 2006 film Varalaaru.

Pongal 2025 release for Good Bad Ugly

The makers are eyeing a Pongal 2025 release for Good Bad Ugly. The movie will have music by Devi Sri Prasad. Touted to be made as a pan-Indian film, Bollywood actors Bobby Deol and John Abraham are rumoured to play the main antagonist in the film.
