Interestingly, the poster also has a tagline that reads, "Two strands wind around each other to make a twisted ladder," which has heightened curiosity among fans. Is it a twisted revenge story? Or, as the title suggests, is it another medical crime thriller? Nonetheless, this movie is certainly one to watch out for.
