Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner
In the throes of a highly publicized custody dispute, the former Hollywood power couple, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, have come to a provisional agreement for their daughters' welfare. As per the terms, both parents, showing their dedication to Delphine and Willa, will share equal time until early 2024.
Mediation leads to momentary respite
A report on PEOPLE suggests that the duo found common ground through a "productive mediation." The girls, currently under Turner's care, will be with her until October 21, enjoying the flexibility of US and UK travel. Following this, Jonas will have his daughters until November 2, ensuring they'll celebrate the holiday season with Turner.

The clock ticks towards a final decision
This interim arrangement acts as a stepping stone towards a more permanent custody decision. Come January 7, 2024, both Jonas and Turner will need to jointly pen a status report letter. The agreement comes on the heels of Turner's accusations against Jonas, alleging he had unjustly retained the children by withholding their passports.
With their divorce announcement on September 5, after a four-year marital journey, the couple had expressed their mutual decision to part ways. As they navigate these challenging times, both Jonas and Turner have made it clear that their daughters' well-being is paramount. Their joint statement read, “Statement from the two of us: After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage... we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”
Amidst swirling speculations, the now estranged couple's commitment to their children's happiness and stability remains their top priority.
