Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda to exchange rings soon? Here’s what we know about the engagement

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are rumored to have been dating for quite some time now. Even though the two have never officially confirmed the same to the public glare, fans played sleuth and tried to connect the dots almost confirming their romance. Now, gossip mills are abuzz with the news that the duo might soon get engaged.

Talking about the same, according to a news report in News18 Telugu, Rashmika and Vijay might exchange rings in the second week of February. Fans can expect an official announcement regarding the same at the right time. We are already guessing whether the speculated couple might have chosen that time given the Valentine’s week.

Vijay and Rashmika have worked together in movies like Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade wherein their chemistry was loved by their fans. It is said that they might have started dating after working together in these movies. While they have managed to remain tight-lipped about the same, fans are convinced that they have holidayed together, especially in the Maldives, and have also dropped by in each other’s sets. The Pushpa actress was also spotted dropping by at Vijay’s place occasionally. Recently at the airport, Rashmika was spotted wearing a tee that bore a stark resemblance to that of Vijay’s.

Not only this but while promoting her movie Animal at a South talk show, the host and her co-star Ranbir Kapoor teased her to call Vijay and also put it on speaker. Rashmika was seen blushing profusely while calling Vijay and speaking to him while the fans cheered on. The Liger actor also came out in support of his rumored ladylove in her recent Deepfake video case.

On the work front, Vijay has the movie Family Star in the pipeline wherein he will be seen alongside Mrunal Thakur. Rashmika has the ambitious Pushpa 2 opposite Allu Arjun. She will reprise the role of Pushpa’s love interest Srivalli in the film.
